Added at the merge (2026-10-18) because the lesson dba-database-security typed it. The lesson's own Kurdish, ناچاری (compulsory), is kept; it pairs with discretionary-access-control (بەدڵخواز). NIST glossary (SP 800-192): mandatory access control. Proposed.
