A table that describes a : for every present state (and input value) it gives the next state after the clock pulse, and the output.
خشتەیەکە کە وەسف دەکات: بۆ هەموو دۆخێکی ئێستا (و بەهایەکی ) دۆخی داهاتوو دوای و دەدات.

In a 3-bit counter's state table, present state 011 has next state 100.
