Proposed by the stat-quartiles-and-box-plots writer. سمێڵ (moustache, whisker) follows the Kurdistan Region school glossary's name for the box-and-whisker plot, «ڕوونکردنەوەی سمێڵی» (recorded in SP.json's box-plot entry), and the box-plot definition in SP.json, which already describes the two lines as «دوو سمێڵ». Needs linguistic review.
