Division that throws away the fraction and rounds down to a whole number. In Python 17 // 5 is 3 and -7 // 2 is -4 (rounded down, not towards zero); % gives the that is left.

Descriptive coinage: division rounded down (بەرەو خوار), which is exactly what 'floor' means (see floor-function in the calculus terms). دابەشکردنی تەواو is only an alternative: php-operators already uses that phrase for an exact division. Proposed.
