A way to handle a : when the slot is taken, try the next slot, then the next, wrapping round to slot 0 at the end, until a free slot is found. A search follows the same path and stops at an empty slot.
ڕێگایەک بۆ چارەسەرکردنی : ئەگەر شوێنەکە گیرابوو، شوێنی دواتر تاقی بکەرەوە، پاشان ئەوەی دواتر و لە کۆتاییدا بگەڕێوە بۆ شوێنی 0، تا شوێنێکی بەتاڵ دەدۆزیتەوە. گەڕان هەمان ڕێگا دەگرێتەبەر و لە شوێنێکی بەتاڵدا دەوەستێت.

Slot 7 holds 27 and slot 8 holds 18, so 47 goes to slot 9.
