An that still gives a correct code when several inputs are active at once: the active input with the highest number wins. A valid output (V) says whether any input is active at all.
کە کاتێک چەند پێکەوە چالاک بن هێشتا کۆدێکی دروست دەدات: ئەو چالاکەی ژمارەی گەورەتری هەیە دەباتەوە. V دەڵێت ئایا هیچ چالاکە یان نا.
Exampleنموونە
Inputs D3 D2 D1 D0 = 0110: D2 and D1 are active, D2 has the higher priority, so the output is 10 (two) and V = 1.
D3 D2 D1 D0 = 0110: D2 و D1 چالاکن، D2 پێشینەیی بەرزتری هەیە، بۆیە 10ـە (دوو) و V = 1.
