The school rounding rule: when the dropped part is exactly half (a 5 followed by nothing), round up.
یاسای قوتابخانە: کاتێک ئەو بەشەی لادەبرێت ڕێک نیوەیە (5 و هیچی تر لە دوای)، بەرەو سەرەوە نزیکی بکەرەوە.

With round half up, 2.5 → 3 and 3.5 → 4.
