A rounding rule that sends an exact half to the nearest even digit, so ties do not always go up. Python's round() uses it.
یاسایەکی کە نیوەی ڕێک دەنێرێت بۆ نزیکترین ژمارەی جووت، بۆیە هاوتاکان هەمیشە بەرەو سەرەوە ناچن. round()ـی Python ئەمە بەکار دەهێنێت.
