From the owner's Kurdish footnote (Lec2 fn 28): «ژینگەی نەگۆڕ ئەوەیە کە بەهیچ شێوەیەک نەگۆڕێت…». The lesson corrects the footnote: the environment may still change through the agent's own actions. Same word as the registry's static-web-page (لاپەڕەتۆڕی نەگۆڕ). (merge 2026-10-18) The form "adjective" (نەگۆڕ) is for tables and lists that name only the property.
