A declared with the static keyword. It keeps its value between calls to the same function, but it is still visible only inside that function.
بریتییە لە کە بە وشەی static ناسێنراوە. لە نێوان بانگکردنەکانی هەمان ، لەبیر ناچێت، بەڵام هێشتا لە دەرەوەی نابینرێت.

Note on the Kurdish termتێبینی دەربارەی زاراوە کوردییەکە
نەگۆڕ (the notes' word for "static" websites) is used for constants here, so the loanword ستاتیک is proposed. The Kurdish scientists' dictionary uses جێگیر for 'static' (of libraries).
