Anything that perceives its environment through sensors and acts on it through actuators. A robot, a chatbot, a self-driving car and a person are all agents.

Coordinator decision 8 asks for this term. بریکار (a native word for a representative) is kept as an alternative; DBA.json already uses بریکار for proxy-server (ڕاژەکاری بریکار), another reason to keep ئەیجێنت for the AI sense.
