Translating the whole program into before it runs, when the app is built. Release builds of Flutter apps are compiled this way, so they start fast and run smoothly.

Proposed: کۆمپایلکردن (from the registry's compiler «کۆمپایلەر») + پێشوەختە ('in advance'). The notes wrongly say AOT turns Dart into JavaScript; that is dart2js, a separate web compiler.
