Describes a value that can be changed after it is made, without making a new one. Python lists, dictionaries and sets are mutable: marks[0] = 75 changes the list itself, and every name that refers to that list sees the change.

Descriptive coinage from the Sorani idiom «گۆڕانکاری هەڵدەگرێت / هەڵناگرێت» (it admits / does not admit change): گۆڕانهەڵگر and گۆڕانهەڵنەگر. گۆڕاو (variable) and نەگۆڕ (constant) are avoided because they are already registry terms. Proposed.
