A in which a publisher announces that its data has changed, and every subscriber (a ) that has registered with it is told, so that each one can fetch the new data. Provider, ChangeNotifier and view models use it.

Proposed: بڵاوکردنەوە (publishing, as in the registry's publishing) + بەشداربوون (subscribing). The owner's Lec8 note describes consumers that «خۆیان لەلای Providerـەکە تۆمار کردبێت» (register themselves with the provider).
