An that happens while a program is running, after it started without a . Examples are dividing by zero, using a name that does not exist and turning "two" into a number. In Python it raises an that stops the program unless the code handles it.

Barzinji's computer dictionary (S4, p. 154/141) translates run time as «کاتی کارپێکردنی بەرنامە، کاتی جێبەجێکردن» and run-time error as «هەڵە لەماوەی جێبەجێکردندا»; the term joins them in the pattern of the registry's error terms (هەڵەی …). Proposed.
