Two matrices with the same number of rows written side by side, with a line between them, such as $[A \mid I]$. Every elementary row operation acts on the whole long row, on both sides of the line.

دوو ماتریکس بە هەمان ژمارەی ڕیز کە لە تەنیشت یەکتر دەنووسرێن و هێڵێکیان لە نێوانە، وەک $[A \mid I]$. هەر کارێکی سەرەتایی ڕیز لەسەر هەموو ڕیزە درێژەکە کار دەکات، لە هەردوو لای هێڵەکە.
