Definitionپێناسە

In , every law stays true when you swap + with · and 0 with 1. The new law is called the dual of the old one.

Exampleنموونە

The dual of A+0=AA + 0 = A is A⋅1=AA \cdot 1 = A, and the dual of A(B+C)=AB+ACA(B + C) = AB + AC is A+BC=(A+B)(A+C)A + BC = (A + B)(A + C).

دووانەی A+0=AA + 0 = A بریتییە لە A⋅1=AA \cdot 1 = A و دووانەی A(B+C)=AB+ACA(B + C) = AB + AC بریتییە لە A+BC=(A+B)(A+C)A + BC = (A + B)(A + C).

Proposed by the logic-boolean-laws writer (supplement: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boolean_algebra 'duality principle'; the same idea for sets swaps ∪/∩ and ∅/U, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Algebra_of_sets). «دووانەیی» (two-sidedness) is chosen to avoid «دووانی» (binary). Needs linguistic review.
