Requested by D-SP (Q153); D-TERMS 2026-10-25. «دووبارەبوونەوە» alone is statistical-frequency, so the law is «یاسای دووبارەنەبوون» (repeating adds nothing), as stat-sample-spaces-and-events writes; Logic Design's «دووبارەبوونەوە (OR/AND)» and the Arabic «قانون التكرار» give the alternative. Proposed.
