No Kurdish source names it. Built on the registry's فایل with پشتبەستوو بە (relying on) for 'based'. It is kept apart from file-system (سیستەمی فایل, the way an operating system arranges files). The deck's outline calls it simply 'File system': use this entry for that sense.
