Example

In a 5 V TTL chip, 0 V to 0.8 V counts as LOW and 2 V to 5 V counts as HIGH; voltages between 0.8 V and 2 V are not allowed.

«ئاست» (level) + «لۆجیکی», the adjective of the registry's logical-operator. HIGH and LOW stay in Latin, as on chip data sheets. Note: the DB term logical-level («ئاستی لۆجیکی», a level of data abstraction) is a different concept with the same Kurdish words.
