The binary number you get by changing every 0 to 1 and every 1 to 0. In 1's-complement form, a negative number is the 1's complement of the positive one.

«تەواوکەر» is the KRG school word for complement (the KRG school maths glossary (grades 7–12)); «یەک» names the 1. Proposed as a pair with «تەواوکەری دوو». Different from boolean-complement (the NOT of one variable) and from the set complement in maths.
