Definitionپێناسە

A file that stores characters. Each character is kept as its code (for example in UTF-8), and each line ends with a newline character (\n). Any text editor can open it: .txt, .py, .csv and .html files are text files.

فایلێک کە نووسەکان هەڵدەگرێت. هەر نووسەیەک وەک ژمارەی کۆدەکەی (بۆ نموونە بە ⁦UTF-8⁩) هەڵدەگیرێت و هەر دێڕێک بە نووسەی دێڕی نوێ (\n) کۆتایی دێت. هەر دەستکاریکەرێکی دەق دەتوانێت بیکاتەوە: فایلەکانی ⁦.txt⁩، ⁦.py⁩، ⁦.csv⁩ و ⁦.html⁩ لەم جۆرەن.

Adjective form like the registry's temporary-file «فایلی کاتی»: فایل + دەقی (textual). The alternative «فایلی تێکست» borrows the English word. Proposed by the py-files writer (PYDW1).
