A gate whose output is 1 when its two inputs are different. With more inputs, the output is 1 when an odd number of inputs are 1; it is written $A \oplus B$.

Barzinji's computer dictionary («فەرهەنگی کۆمپیوتەر») (p. 168) transliterates XOR as «ئێکسکلوسیڤ ئۆر»; CêIT keeps the gate name in Latin like the owner's «گەیتی (OR)».
