From the owner: «ئاساییشی نیشتیمانی» (report title, p04), spelled with one ی like the registry's security (coordinator decision 6); Kurdish Wikipedia also writes «ئاسایشی نیشتیمانی». The owner's «ئەمنی قەومی» (l1.p02.t03) and «ئاسایشی میللەت» (rep.p03) are alternatives. The example follows the report (p09).
