The tense made with have/has + past participle. It links the past to now: 'I have installed the update' (it is installed now), 'She has worked here since 2020.'
ئەو کاتەیە کە بە have/has + past participle دروست دەکرێت و ڕابردوو بە ئێستاوە دەبەستێتەوە: I have installed the update. (ئێستا دامەزراوە)، She has worked here since 2020.
Exampleنموونە
With an exact past time, use the past simple: I installed it yesterday, not I have installed it yesterday.
ڕابردووی نزیکی کوردی لێی نزیکە: «دامەزراندوومە» ← I have installed it. بەڵام بۆ کاتێکی دیاریکراوی ڕابردوو، ڕابردووی سادە بەکاربهێنە: I installed it yesterday. نەک I have installed it yesterday.

Note on the Kurdish termتێبینی دەربارەی زاراوە کوردییەکە
The closest Kurdish school-grammar tense is ڕابردووی نزیک (نووسیومە, 'I have written'); CêIT names the English tense ئێستای تەواو so it is not confused with the Kurdish past tenses.
