Using a computer, an account or without the owner's permission, or going beyond the permission you have. It is a crime in most countries, even when nothing is damaged.

Proposed: the registry's دەستڕاگەیشتن (access, as in access-control) + بێ‌مۆڵەت (without permission; مۆڵەت is the owner's word, cyb.pt.p01.t02). It replaces the transliteration «ئەنئەوثۆرایزد پێرسن» in the notes (l1.p07.t11).
