A way of writing numbers with a fixed set of digits and a base. Decimal uses 10 digits, binary 2, octal 8 and hexadecimal 16.

The registry already defines binary and hexadecimal as «سیستەمێکی ژمارەیی»; Kurdish Wikipedia (ckb.wikipedia.org) writes «سیستەمی ژمارەیی هیندۆسی-عەرەبی». Aras Nuri Ahmed's «زاراوەکانی کۆمپیوتەر» uses «ڕژێمی ژمارەیی» and Barzinji's computer dictionary («فەرهەنگی کۆمپیوتەر») «نەزمی ژمارەیی».
