The owner's own word: his Kurdish binary-to-decimal report («پڕۆژیلەی گۆڕینی دوویی بۆ دەیی») writes دەیی. Aras Nuri Ahmed's «زاراوەکانی کۆمپیوتەر» («دەیی، ڕژێمی ژمارەییی دەیی»), Barzinji's computer dictionary («فەرهەنگی کۆمپیوتەر») (p. 34 and p. 68, «نەزمی دەیی») and the KRG school maths glossary (grades 7–12) (decimal = «دەیی») agree; the pattern matches the registry's شانزەیی. Kurdish Wikipedia also writes دەدەیی. Not the 'decimal number' sense of float (ژمارەی کەرتی). Entry merged from the FOP proposal (FOP moved it here).
