Note on the Kurdish termتێبینی دەربارەی زاراوە کوردییەکە

No surveyed Kurdish source names the ribbon, and Microsoft's Central Kurdish Office strings are not visible on any web page (only the Office 2013 Central Kurdish language pack download page was found). Proposed from the registry's pattern for bars (شریتی ئامراز, شریتی ناونیشان, شریتی ئەرک): شریت itself means 'ribbon, strip', and Microsoft's Arabic support pages likewise call the ribbon الشريط. The toolbar entry lists 'ribbon' as an English alias; the ribbon is a different control, so that alias should be removed when this entry is merged.
